Workplace safety is the prevention of hazards, accidents, and other negative effects in the workplace. It is a collection of regulations, practices, and measures designed to reduce dangers, accidents, and other forms of injury in the workplace. We assist our clients to implement a great occupational health and safety policy for their workplace. This is important for both their employees and their financial well-being.

At ManagedPAY we offer a variety of safety services to help our clients manage risk and improve workplace safety:

We conduct safety audits to assess a company’s injury history, policies and a review of OSHA 300 logs. We then work with the clients to create or update safety policies, make changes to the workplace and reduce workplace hazards. Onsite safety inspections are necessary to ascertain all the exposed hazards the client may have in the workplace.

We assist the client’s safety program after the assessment by tailoring their safety manual and program to their business. We assist with safety training during new hire orientation, annual training and site-specific training on the safety programs specific to the job procedures, work environment or work processes.

ManagedPAY assisst with OSHA compliance as we work alongside the client to implement a safety workplace, training and provide safety manuals. We also assist in OSHA response when there is a complaint or accident requiring OSHA reporting.

Accident Investigations are integral to any safety program and ManagedPAY assists in onsite investigation on serious injuries. It is important to get to the root cause analysis for each injury or accident to implement corrective action and avoid a reoccurrence.

ManagedPAY produces the OSHA logs for clients for the necessary required recordkeeping and posting regulations.

Besides the safety programs, ManagedPAY also assist in workers compensation claims management.
ManagedPAY files the workers compensation claims from the first report of injury to the closing of the claim. We identify and provide a triage process at an injury care clinic where ManagedPAY is the receipt of all documents necessary to file the claim including post-accident drug and alcohol documents.

ManagedPAY becomes the central facilitatory between employee, employer and workers compensation insurance carrier to manage the claim to closure.

We assist in accurate loss history reports by ensuring all claim management records are up to date and accurate on a loss history report. We assist in tracking the experience modification factor to assist the client in identifying their injury rates.

ManagedPAY becomes an integral part of the client’s safety and workers compensation program providing extra insight and knowledge to implement workplace safety programs. Our staff have over 20 years of experience, having certifications in multiple OSHA programs. Our field staff has experience in OSHA, MSHA, and is OSHA 10 & 30 hour trainer certified.
